How many years of riding experience should I consider before buying a horse?
Be owner of a horse needs more that riding, but I am really learning faster care than I am in real driving. I have not been traveling much at all, but I think I know all the basics in caring for horses. How long do you recommend to mount in favor, before you consider buying or leasing a horse? And if anyone has any horse base / Horse care questions, I would be willing to try to answer them.
You do not have to wait, you could buy one now. All year waiting for a thing is ridiculous. Everyone starts somewhere. There is no law or rule that says you have to wait, you may need to get some lessons or having someone around you that can help you better riding skills if you have problems. I grew up with a bunch of friends many of whom had horses and did not know how to walk, just learned as we went. Go for it. Jenny
