My dog has a paw pad halfway leg?
Okay, so I have a shih tzu and almost since birth, has had a foot pad halfway up on its two front legs? Do all dogs have this? And what is the purpose of it? Its feels like its other pads and it seems to them too.
Many dogs have this mine … ago:). I do not know the purpose. EDIT: I found this: A carpal pad is also in the forelimb used for additional traction when stopping or descending a slope cool!
